Morning Playdate with Miss Leah

Even though we are now halfway through December, the leaves in Houston are finally turning. My favorite tree has always been the Japanese Maple, and I’m lucky enough to have this beauty right outside my window.

Classic Meatloaf | recipe

Everyone has their own special way of making the traditional meatloaf, and this is mine. I personally like it because it’s not too moist or too dry, and it doesn’t fall apart on you.
