Rosemary-Merlot Flank Steak | recipe

 
1 c. onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. beef broth
3/4 c. Merlot wine
1 t. rosemary, chopped
1 t. salt
1/4 t. dried Italian seasoning
1 lb. flank steak

One Pot Pasta | recipe

 
This is such a fast, easy kid-friendly dish to whip up. The twins love this one.
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
1 T. vegetable oil
